This document details our strict handling parameters regarding your personal identifiers, OAuth publishing credentials, and aggregate profile performance matrices. Arche Social is owned and operated by Imagine AI ("we," "our," or "us") via archesocial.com.

1. Interpretation & Core Definitions

The definitions below maintain structural meaning across singular or plural layouts throughout this asset:

  • Application / Service: Refers to Arche Social, the digital campaign scheduler and tracking suite.
  • Company: Refers to Imagine AI, located at archesocial.com.
  • Platform Data: Any information, audience indicators, or metrics obtained via third-party developer interfaces including the Meta Graph API and the LinkedIn API.
  • Personal Data: Identifiers that map directly to a verified individual, such as your billing name, email address, or secure system parameters.

2. Third-Party API Data Ingestion & Purpose

To eliminate the digital tether and automate publishing workflows, Arche Social coordinates data pipes through the official developer networks of Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and LinkedIn. When you grant channel permissions:

Access Tokens

Encrypted OAuth credentials required to transmit your scheduled media content to your selected feed nodes without human intervention.

Profile Metadata

Account titles, handles, and avatar configurations cached locally strictly to map accounts within your visual orchestration grid.

Analytical Metrics

Aggregated impressions, link clicks, and expansion statistics fetched periodically to construct your historical dashboard performance charts.

Arche Social does not scrape, intercept, or lease user interaction profiles. Your metrics remain yours entirely. We enforce a zero-retention rule against distributing data to data brokers or external marketing alliances.

3. Platform Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.b) and standard international privacy frames, you hold absolute authority to revoke access and purge your history entirely from our systems at any moment via three methods:

1. Automated Self-Service Account Purge

You maintain direct control of your entire data footprint. By navigating to your profile settings workspace inside the dashboard, you can click the Delete Account button at any time. This triggers an immediate, automated database cascade that completely and irrevocably deletes your entire profile, platform metrics, and historical logs from our system.

2. Channel Disconnect

To remove access without deleting your full Arche account, simply disconnect your specific social profile card via your channel matrix panel. This instantly destroys all associated OAuth access keys and local caching rows from our active database layers.

3. Manual Erasure Requests

If you prefer manual handling, you can submit a formal account purge request to our privacy desk at [email protected]. All records will be entirely scrubbed from our backup server layers within 48 hours.

4. Data Protections & Global Controls

We utilize modern SSL security parameters, layer-isolated multi-tenant separation rules, and rigorous token encryption at rest to guarantee that your social distribution channels remain completely invulnerable to external data extraction or compromise.
