1. Our Services & Scope

Arche Social is an editorial planning, social campaign scheduling, and analytical visualization platform operated by Imagine AI via archesocial.com. Accessing this environment from distinct geographic locations is done completely on your own initiative, and you are entirely responsible for local compliance parameters.

The platform is not configured to process health record data under HIPAA or state-specific financial reporting rails. You represent that your workspace targets remain compliant with standard digital asset regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We remain the absolute owner or licensee of all proprietary intellectual elements in our service layers, including but not limited to source code sequences, database architectures, layout configurations, styling frameworks, text elements, and logo marks.

Subject to your active subscription state, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to log into the interface, coordinate distribution feeds, and export system analytics charts solely for your ongoing commercial or personal brand management workflows.

3. User Representations & Workspace Integrity

By initializing a profile subscription account, you explicitly warrant that:

• All submitted registration and payment parameters are true, current, and verified.
• You maintain full legal capacity to bind yourself or your company to these terms.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not query or interact with our system infrastructure through automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other malicious non-human means.

4. Purchases, Payments & Cohort Billing

We accept major processing credentials including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Transactions are completed securely in US Dollars. You explicitly authorize our designated gateway provider to bill your payment configuration for your selected plan tier or cohort authorization pass.

All transactional activations and lifetime tier onboarding sales are strictly non-refundable. You can discontinue or adjust your auto-renewal sequence at any time directly through your local dashboard configuration profile settings.

5. Prohibited Activities Framework

You agree to protect the security boundaries of Arche Social. You may not target or exploit our interface for reverse engineering tasks, code pattern theft, service replication strategies, heavy volumetric stress attacks, or harvesting usernames and API configurations.

6. User Generated Content & Contribution License

Arche Social acts as an automated processing node for your campaign content distributions. You retain full, untethered ownership of all raw text variables, media documents, and copywriting assets you compose inside your calendar workspace.

By staging content for publication, you grant us the minimal administrative hosting license needed to route your payload streams smoothly through third-party platform API gateways (such as Meta and LinkedIn). You warrant that your custom contributions do not violate third-party copyright laws or proprietary trade symbols.

7. Term, Termination & Liability Parameters

These terms remain in full effect throughout your interaction history with the application layer. We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or completely dissolve workspace authorization privileges for any user found in structural violation of these legal covenants, without prior notice or financial liability.

THE PLATFORM ENVIRONMENT IS OFFERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" PROTOCOL BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY JURISDICTIONAL LAW, THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY LOGIC REMAINS PERMANENTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT CAPTURED FROM YOUR PROFILE ACCOUNT ACCOUNT DURING THE PRECEDING TIMELINE TERM CYCLE.
